i hate this weird sense of internalized queerphobia of like. being visibly and really loudly queer is somehow immature and childish and one day you’ll grow up and fall into cishet line and stop
My friend forgot to secure the latch on his magic card briefcase and all his commander decks are now mixed together. Now he’s playing 1200 card pickup and has to reorganize everything.
When I was a kid I thought dulce de leche was pronounced douche the loosh and whenever we went for ice cream my dad would say “okay honey ask if they have that caramel flavor you like… what’s it called again?” And I’d yell it and my dad would have the biggest grin while the server would sigh and say “no, this is the fourth week in a row you’ve asked me this, and we don’t have that. I don’t even know what that is.”
She always got her revenge because my dad would get a sundae and he’d get everything but nuts so she’d announce his order was ready by yelling “no nuts, where’s Mr. No Nuts” as loud as possible
Please note that not all areas benefit from mangrove plantings! Here in Hawaii and other parts of the Pacific, they are non-native, and, when mangroves were introduced for coastline protection, they displaced native soil protecting species, which further eroded our coastline over time.
My point isn’t to nitpick the post or say it’s bad cuz it’s not. - this is important stuff. Just know your ecosystem!
